NTE Housing & Cohabitation Guide

Housing in Neverness to Everness goes beyond decoration. Properties generate passive income, Anomaly Furniture provides gameplay bonuses, and the cohabitation system lets you build relationships with your favorite characters.

How to Buy Property

1

Reach Tycoon Rank 5

Progress through City Tycoon activities (running shops, completing city quests) to unlock property purchasing.

2

Choose a District

Different districts offer different property types and income rates. Start with the affordable Eibon district.

3

Purchase Your Property

Use Fons and Beetle Coins to buy your first property. Your first apartment is free through the story quest "A Place to Call Home".

4

Decorate and Furnish

Add furniture, wallpapers, and decorations. Furniture affects comfort rating, which influences income and cohabitation bonuses.

5

Set Up Income Generation

Place income-generating furniture and businesses in your property. Check back periodically to collect revenue.

Anomaly Furniture System

Anomaly Furniture is special furniture infused with supernatural energy. Unlike normal decorations, Anomaly Furniture provides passive gameplay bonuses while placed in your property.

Rift Lamp +5% Annulith from daily activities Rare Domain drops
Anomaly Clock Reduces energy recharge time by 10% Epic Event shop
Echo Mirror Replays recent combat as hologram Rare Achievement reward

Cohabitation: Living with Characters

The cohabitation system lets you invite characters from your roster to live in your property. Cohabiting characters appear in your home as NPCs, interact with furniture, and develop their bond with you over time.

How to Invite Characters

  1. 1 Reach Bond Level 3 with the character you want to invite
  2. 2 Visit your property and interact with the "Invite" option
  3. 3 Select the character from your roster (must have available cohabitation slot)
  4. 4 The character moves in and begins generating bond and income

Cohabitation Benefits

Characters in your home generate passive income based on their bond level

Higher bond levels unlock unique dialogue and cutscenes

Cohabiting characters provide small combat buffs when in your active party

Each character has unique furniture preferences — match them for faster bond growth

Max cohabitation slots increase with property upgrades

Passive Income from Properties

Properties generate passive income based on several factors. Revenue accumulates in real time and can be collected when you visit your property.

Base Income

Property value x 2%

per hour

Furniture Bonus

+5-25%

based on comfort rating

Cohabitation Bonus

+3-15%

per cohabiting character

Income caps after 24 hours of uncollected revenue. Visit your property at least once daily to maximize income.
